New campaign march on 12th April … Details on the childmarch forum
As you are probably aware marches are being held in London, Newcastle, Plymouth, Wales, Manchester, Glasgow and various other locations (see below) next month for little baby P! Unfortunately for alot of people they are unable to attend due to travel etc but are still wanting to say their goodbyes to the poor little boy whom was tortured to death at the hands of his mother, her boyfriend and another man.
Therefore a march is taking place at Bristol Downs on Saturday Dec 13th from 11:00am onwards where everyone is asked to bring a BLUE balloon with a personal message attached which will be released at 12:10pm (the time he was pronounced dead) after a prayer.
This is going to be a peaceful family event to spread awareness of cruelty to children and to campaign for better protection for our children that are being killed and abused in their homes. However this is mainly for baby P and for everyone to be able to send him a national goodbye (one he deserved to have last year!) You will also have the chance to leave a personal message in baby ‘P’s book of condolence which will be put on his place of rest.
There will be fundraising on the day where everyone is welcome to make a donation. The donations will go to MAMAA (mums against murder and aggression). This charity is run by volunteers (some of which have had their children murdered) and they dedicate their lives to helping families whom have been through the trauma of having their children killed.
Children are welcome to come along to pay their respects!
This is the least we could do for baby P and I ask for him that if you could all invite friends and family (even if you are unable to attend) to come along, your support would be much appreciated!
The Sun, The Mirror, The Evening Post, ITV, The BBC and the NSPCC, have all been made aware of this event so hopefully they will back us on the day.
