New campaign march on 12th April … Details on the childmarch forum
As you are probably aware marches are being held in London, Newcastle, Plymouth, Exeter, Glasgow, Llaneli, Manchester, Bristol and various other locations (see below) next month for little baby P! Unfortunately for alot of people they are unable to attend due to travel etc but are still wanting to say their goodbyes to the poor little boy whom was tortured to death at the hands of his mother, her boyfriend and another man.
However due to organising a few of the others, having 4 children and not knowing Edinburgh I physically cannot do this one aswell on my own. Therefore is there anyone here who is passionate about doing this for baby P and would be willing to take over this group for me so this march can take place?? I will dedicate myself as much as I physically can to help!
It will take place on Saturday Dec 13th from 11:00am onwards where everyone is asked to bring a blue balloon with a personal message attached which will be released at 12:10pm (the time he was pronounced dead). This will coincide with all of the marches taking place acrross the UK!
This is going to be a peaceful family event to spread awareness of cruelty to children and to campaign for better protection for our children that are being killed and abused in their homes! There will also be fundraising on the day with all donations being forwarded to the NSPCC. However this is mainly for baby P and for everyone to be able to send him a national goodbye (one he deserved to have last year!)
Children are welcome to come along to pay their respects!
This is the least we could do for baby P and I ask for him that if you could all invite friends and family (even if you are unable to attend) to come along, your support would be much appreciated!
